Our Own Workshop
We have an in-house carpenter workshop — your job isn't passed to a random subcontractor. You can visit, check wood samples, laminates, hardware, and see how your piece will be built before it's made.
Details Checked Early
Measurements, material compatibility, alignment, hinge systems — we check all of this before fabrication, not after installation. Problems get caught at the drawing stage, not on the day of delivery.
Root Cause, Not Patch-Over
If a drawer doesn't close right or a panel doesn't sit flush, we find out why — misalignment, wrong measurement, floor that isn't level — and fix the cause. We don't cover up problems with a filler strip.
One Point of Contact

Lead time depends on scope. A standard built-in wardrobe or TV console typically takes 3–4 weeks from measurement to installation. A full kitchen cabinet set runs 4–6 weeks. We give you a realistic timeline upfront and keep you updated throughout — no surprises.
Do you work on HDB flats as well as condos? +
Yes — we work on HDB flats, condos, landed homes, offices, clinics, retail shops, and commercial spaces across all of Singapore. Each space has different storage needs and layouts, and we customise accordingly.
What materials and finishes do you offer? +
We carry a wide range of laminates, melamine boards, solid wood veneers, and lacquer finishes. At our workshop, you can view actual wood samples, laminate swatches, and hardware options before committing. We'll recommend what works best for your budget and usage.
Do you do full renovation or just carpentry? +
AFIX is a general contractor — we handle full renovations including carpentry, electrical, plumbing, flooring, and painting under one team. If you only need carpentry, that's fine too. Having one contractor coordinate everything means fewer gaps, fewer delays, and one point of accountability.
